The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 - State. The only relief sought by the Petitioner is for a direction to be issued to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the

2/2 28 wp4940.22.doc Tribe Claim expeditiously for the reason that she is pursuing her education and for securing her future, she is desirous of availing benefits on the basis of her Tribe Claim.

It is seen that on 18th June 2021, the Petitioner has made an application for verification of her Tribe Claim. It is her case that her sister has been issued a validity certificate and,therefore, her case would be expeditiously considered.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Respondents submits that the Scrutiny Committee would independently consider the claim of the Petitioner on merits. The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Scrutiny Committee to decide the Tribe Claim of the Petitioner in accordance with law preferably by the end of June 2022 since the Petitioner is a student and desires to pursue her further studies.

Rule is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
