1.
This is an appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, challenging the Judgment and Award dated 19.12.1992 passed in Land Acquisition Reference No. 98 of 1991. The averments made in the appeal indicate that SLO had awarded compensation of Rs.15,169/-, and the Reference Court has enhanced the compensation by Rs. 9,540/- with solatium of Rs.2,862/- and interest @ Rs.1,431/-. Though the appeal is pending since last over 25 years, till date copy of the judgment is not filed.
2.
On 1.7.2022, learned AGP was directed to place on record, copy of the judgment and also to verify whether the mater is covered by G.R. dated 3.11.2016. Learned AGP has neither placed on record copy of the judgment, nor she is able to state whether the matter is covered by Digitally signed by PRASANNA P SALGAONKAR Date:

908 fa 194-94.doc the G.R. dated 3.11.2016. She states that the papers are not traceable. 3.
Considering the above facts, and also considering that the compensation awarded Reference Court is very meagre, I am not inclined to interfere with the judgment after lapse of over 25 years. 4.
Appeal is dismissed.
5.
Civil Application, if any, stands dismissed in view of dismissal of the appeal.
