This Miscellaneous Civil Application was filed u/s 24 of the Civil Procedure Code for transfer of Regular Civil Suit No.286 of 2012 and Regular Civil Suit No.20 of 2002 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Barshi to the Court at Pune. 2.

I am informed that the suits are dismissed i.e., Suit No.286 of 2012 was dismissed on 10.11.2017 and Suit No.20 of 2002 was dismissed on 23.6.2015.

The learned Counsel appointed from the Legal Aid Panel submits that the applicant is having a threat perception at Barshi and, therefore, he is not in a position to go to Barshi. 4.

Be that as it may, both the Suits are dismissed and hence, there is no question of transfer and entertaining this application. Hence, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is dismissed. 5.

In view of the dismissal of the Miscellaneous Civil Application, Civil Applications are also dismissed. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
