The consent terms which are taken on record are marked 'X' for identification.

As per the consent terms, Civil Application No.1137/2006 and Civil Application No.338 of 2017 are allowed. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Similarly deletion of Appellant No.1(A) in Second Appeal No.511/1996 is also permitted and Para (B) is permitted. However, the legal representatives of Appellant No.1(B) AGP
905.SA.68.06 aw CAS.122.06.doc are also permitted to be brought on record. All the amendments to be carried out forthwith.

The consent terms have been signed by Appellant No.1G for self and his power of attorney for the remaining appearance. The consent terms have also been signed by Respondent No.6 for self and his power of attorney holders for Respondent Nos.1 to 5 in Second Appeal No.68/2006 for self and his power of attorney holders for Respondent Nos.1A to 1D and 2.

The parties who have signed the consent terms are present in the Court and said that they have signed the consent terms after reading and understanding them and also understanding their scope and importance. The advocates for the parties have signed the consent terms and have also identified the parties who have signed the consent terms. They have stated that they have explained and interpreted the consent terms to the parties who have signed them in Marathi language. The consent terms are taken on record and the second appeals are disposed of in terms of consent terms. 6.
