Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By this Petition, the Petitioner is challenging order dated 4th April 2016 passed by the District Judge-3, Solapur in Election Appeal No.1 of 2016.

The said Appeal was filed by the Petitioner being aggrieved by the rejection of his Nomination Form for the Election of the Madha Nagar Panchayat. The Appeal was rejected on the ground that the Petitioner has not impleaded the contesting candidates from the Ward from which the Petitioner's Nomination Form was rejected.

We do not find any error in the impugned order. We are also unable to interfere in the Petition, in as much as, the election process is at advanced stage, as the voting is scheduled to take place on 17th April 2016.
