Heard Mr. Limaye, learned Counsel for applicants and Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for respondents No.2 and 3. 2.

Mr. Limaye states that respondent No.1 is already deleted. He submitted that there is a delay of 263 days in filing the Second Appeal. For the reasons stated in paragraphs 4 to 6 of the Application, he submitted that the delay deserves to be condoned. 3.

After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the parties and for the reasons stated in paragraphs 4 to 6, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay.
