The petitioners have been disqualified by an order of the Collector dated 30/3/2015. The petitioners have filed an appeal to the Divisional Commissioner, Pune, who by an order dated 08/4/2015 rejected the prayer for interim relief and for staying operation of the order passed by the Collector. This rejection of interim relief is challenged in the present petition.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to pass any interim order.

0906wp4468.15 2/2 However, Divisional Commissioner, Pune is directed to finally dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners on its own merit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
