This Civil Application is filed for condonation of delay of 293 days in filing the appeal. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that initially the appellant had filed Writ Petition No.5574 of 2014, however, as it was not maintainable, it was withdrawn with liberty to file this appeal against order.
