Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that if the Petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the Respondent-Bank as regards certain discrepancies in the Account Statements, the Petitioner would not press the Petition. Accordingly, we direct that if such representation is made within three weeks by the Petitioner to the Respondent-Bank, the same shall be decided expeditiously.
