The Petition filed by an individual claiming to be filed in the public interest. The prayers in the Petition are based on fact situation existing in the year 2012. Substantial changes must have taken place since the Petition was filed. None of them are on record.

In these circumstances, we dispose of the Writ Petition observing that if the cause survives then it is open for the authorities or any public spirited person with proved credentials to take up the same.
