Second Appeal was restored vide order dated th March, 2021 subject to applicant depositing Rs.5,000/- with the Legal Aid Services Committee and removal of office objections within three weeks. Mr.

Rane 2/2 CAS-13-2020 (SR.2) 5.4.2021 Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the applicant submits, the applicant has deposited Rs.5,000/- with the Legal Aid Services Committee. Statement is accepted; however, office objections could not be removed since the Advocate for the applicant was tested positive of COVID19. Applicant therefore seeks a weeks' time to remove the office objections and comply with the order dated th March, 2021. In view of the submissions, the time granted to remove office objections is extended upto 15 th April, 2021.
