Rule. The learned Advocate for the Respondent waives service. 2.

On the condition that the Applicant deposits the entire amount of arrears before this Court within a period of 8 weeks from today towards the permanent alimony awarded by the Family Court to the wife under the impugned order dated 17 th February, 2018, there shall be stay of the execution of the decree in so far as it relates the past period of permanent alimony. However, the Appellant-husband shall continue to pay alimony fixed by the trial Court prospectively. Civil Application is disposed of.
