This is an application filed by the applicant for transfer of the proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No. 75 to 2020 filed by the Respondent before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division (Family Court), Sangli.

The transfer is sought on the ground of hardship of the applicant, who is custodian of two minor children. She is also unable to

Though served, none appears.

Considering the distance between the Court at Solapur and the Court at Sangli, which is around 220 kms. one way and the fact that the applicant is custodian of two minor children, issue of hardship is very much established in favour of the applicant.
