By the impugned order, the executing Court has rejected the judgment debtor's application seeking permission to file additional reply. The executing Court has assigned detailed reasons in paragraph Nos.9 to 11 for rejection of such request. The reasons record a finding that the judgment debtor has tried to delay the execution petition. Hence, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed.
