By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking setting aside of order dated 22nd December, 2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II), by which, four weeks time was granted to remove office objections, failing which, the registration of the Second Appeal along with all the Civil Applications were directed to be refused.

Mr. Bhosale, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that, the Second Appeal is not yet admitted.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 4.

The Applicant to remove office objections within a period of twelve weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
