P.C. :- In the light of the rejection of the Applications filed by the present Applicant earlier, Mr. Agandsurve, learned Counsel for the Applicant very fairly states at the outset that 1/2

APPA 506.15.sxw the Applicant may be permitted to withdraw this Application. This Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Counsel for the Applicant however requests that since the Appeal filed by the Applicant and the other companion Appeal are ready for hearing, these Appeals be added to the final hearing board.

We accordingly accede to the request of the learned Counsel for the Applicant and direct that the Appeal filed by the Applicant and the other companion Appeal be added to the final hearing board at its appropriate place on the board from 8.6.2015.
