In the cause-title of the order dated 25.4.2016, respondent's name Bajirao Mahadeo More (deceased) is shown through Laxman Khandagale. Instead of that, it should be 'Smt. Shrimanti Laxman Khandagale'. In paragraph 4 in 5th line of the order, after the date '6.12.1999', the words and figure "on stamp paper of Rs.100/-" may be added. Accordingly, the order dated 25.4.2016 stands corrected.

Rest of the order remains as it is.
