Matter is admitted by this Court on 09.02.2017 and filing of charge­sheet has been stayed. Complainant has on 28.11.2017, filed an Affidavit stating that the controversy is now resolved amicably by parties and FIR was lodged due to misundertstanding. It is claimed that Complainant has received reasonable amount of compensation in his Civil Suit bearing No. 114 of 2015.

We perused FIR. The facts there did not show that any

APL 365-15.doc public angle and dispute appears to be purely of private nature. Respondent No. 2 is present in Court accepts the compromise and states that he does not want to prosecute the matter. 3.
