By the application dated 19 th November 2022 received from the Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karmala, District Solapur, a request is made for extension of three months' time for disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.205 of 1995.

This court vide order dated 4 th May 2022, passed in the present petition, directed disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.205 of 1995 within a period of six months from the date of the order.
