Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner states that the impugned order in the present Petition is arising out of Reg. Civil Suit No.68 of 2011 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Miraj. However, during the pendency of the Petition said civil suit has been compromised and the same has been disposed of. She states that, therefore, the Petition has become infructuous.
