Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Contempt Petitions may be disposed of for the reason necessary orders contemplated to be passed by the Additional Collector, Solapur have been passed. But Counsel wants it recorded that a grievance of each 1/2

(12) CP 395-18 Petitioner qua the order passed, may be kept alive for redressal by the Petitioners by moving appropriate application before the Competent Authority.

So noting, we discharge the notice of contempt issued and terminate the proceedings by disposing of the Contempt Petitions as infructuous.
