By this Civil application, applicant is seeking early hearing of Writ petition No.5047 of 2010 on the ground of applicant is senior citizen. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, avernments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for following order :

a) Hearing of Writ petition No.5047 of 2010 is expedited in the list of Senior Citizen.

b) Registry is directed to place Writ Petition No.5047 of 2010 on weekly board for final hearing as per its turn in the list of Senior Citizen.
