Heard this Application for substituting Respondent Nos.2 to

12. These Respondents were trustees of the Respondent No.1 Trust. It is stated that Respondent Nos.2, 4, 5, 7, 9 and 11 expired during pendency of the Appeal. The others are no more trustees of the Trust. Applicants therefore seek leave to substitute these Respondents by the present trustees, whose names are given at page No.24 as per the change report. 2.

For the reasons stated, the Application stands allowed. 3.

The names be substituted within four weeks from today. 4.

The Application stands disposed of.
