Applicant, a convict in jail has filed criminal Appeal Stamp No.507 of 2019, challenging his conviction. There is delay of about 100 days in approaching this Court. As the applicant is in prison, we do not see any malafide. Hence, we condone the delay. Criminal Application is disposed of.
