At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, prayed for withdrawal of the petition and submits that inadvertently, on certain incomplete instructions and information, the petition was filed. The learned counsel thus prayed for withdrawal of the petition, with liberty to file fresh petition.
