This petition challenges Order dated 25/03/2013 made by the District Judge, Sindhudurg, dismissing the Petitioner's Appeal against Order dated 26/03/2012 made by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Malvan, granting interim injunction restraining the Petitioner from carrying out any construction in the suit premises. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner places on record Order dated 28/01/2015 made by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Malvan, which records that the impugned civil suit, in which interim order came to be made, since been dismissed for non­prosecution. URS
