Perused the order passed by this Court dated 01.01.2022. Pursuant thereto, the Collector, Kolhapur has filed his affidavit wherein he has admitted that the Order passed by this Court dated 23.08.2019 is not complied with till date. However, since he states in his affidavit that the lapse on his part is not willful / deliberate, and he tenders an unconditional apology and has stated that he has taken immediate steps to fix the hearing in Misc. Application No. 9 of 2007 on 14.02.2022, we accept his unconditional apology and are not taking any further action against him, save and except warning him that if such conduct is repeated at any time in future, the Court will be constrained to take stern action against him. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
