The learned counsel for the parties tender a copy of the notarized agreement dated 03/07/2015 evidencing the out of Court settlement arrived at between the parties in respect of the dispute which is the subject matter of the suit. According to the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the photograph of the Petitioner No.1 is appeared on the front page of the said notarized agreement. In view of the said settlement dated 03/07/2015, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners Shri G M Savagave seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. The copy of the notarized agreement dated 03/07/2015 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
