In this writ petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 20th March, 2009 passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Atpadi.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the Civil Suit itself has been decree on 24th August, 2017.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to challenge the validity of the judgment and decree dated 24th August, 2017 in an appeal.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.
