This is second application filed by the same applicant. Earlier, this court has rejected the applicant's Criminal Bail Application No.1661 of 2019 vide order dated 11/09/2019. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, since then there was no progress in the trial.

I have perused the earlier order. Shri. Saraogi fairly submitted that, in view of the observations made in that order, he was not pressing the present application on merits. However, he submitted that the applicant was arrested on 27/02/2018 and Gokhale
