The learned counsel Shri. N. J. Patil appearing with Shri. S. R. Page on instructions of the Petitioners seeks the unconditional withdrawal of the above Petition, though in the withdrawal pursis given by the Petitioners the instructions are to withdraw the Petition with liberty. The matter was kept in the afternoon session for the learned counsel for the Petitioners to take instructions for the unconditional withdrawal. Accordingly, Shri. N. J. Patil appearing along with Shri. S. R. Page on instructions makes a statement that the Petitioners would unconditionally withdraw the above Petition. The Petition is therefore accordingly allowed to be withdrawn.
