Heard Mr. Tajane, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the respondents. 3.

Mr. Tajane states that controversy between the parties is amicably settled. Divorce Petition A No.295 of 2014 was filed under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 for obtaining divorce by mutual consent. By order dated 7th April, 2018, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Solapur has dissolved marriage between the parties by passing decree of divorce by mutual consent. Decree passed in that Petition is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Tajane seeks permission to withdraw Petition. Ms. Deshmukh has no objection.

Accordingly, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
