1) The petition challenges order dated 7 March 2022 passed by the Additional Collector, Solapur rejecting the prayer made by the Petitioner for grant of interim stay on the order dated 10 January 2022 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Madha during pending of R.T.S. Appeal No.29/2021. The petition is pending for over three long years. It is necessary that the Appeal itself is taken up for hearing by the Additional Collector rather than determining correctness of order dated 7 March 2022 at this distant date. The petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Additional Collector, Solapur to decide the main Appeal in an expeditious manner, unless already decided.
