ORDER

(i) Criminal Revision Application is allowed and disposed of; (ii) Impugned order dated 7th March 2022 passed by Sessions Judge, Satara in Sessions Case No.5 of 2018 whereby the applicant was summoned for arraying him as an accused under Section 319 of Cr.P.C is quashed and set aside;
