The limited grievance made in the Petition is that the Application filed by the Petitioner under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for re-determination of amount of compensation of land acquired from the Petitioner, be decided by the Respondents.

We accede to the request of Petitioner and direct the Respondents to decide the application of Petitioner filed u/s 28-A of Land Acquisition Act expeditiously and in accordance with law. 3.

The Petition to stand disposed of.
