By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 29 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 17.12.2011 passed by the MACT, Solapur in MACP No. 232 of 2007.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, following order:
