This is an application for condonation of delay of 284 days in filing the Civil Revision Application.

This Court has perused the averments in paragraph 5 to 9 of the Interim Application.

The applicants have ascribed justifiable reasons for condonation of delay. It is trite, that an application for condonation of delay should 1/2

It appears that on account of adverse social and financial circumstances, the applicants could not prefer the Revision Application within the stipulated period of limitation. There does not appear any negligence or want of bona fide on the part of the applicants. 6.

Hence the Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay in preferring Revision Application is condoned. 7.

Application disposed.
