This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of sole applicant Eknath Namdeo Borkar who died on 7.11.2013.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Delay in filing Civil Application is condoned. Mohite 1/2

c) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased sole applicant in Civil Revision Application No.805 of 2011.

d) Amendment be carried out within one week from today.

e) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
