This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J.) vide order dated 23rd June, 2017 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1056 of 2017 and that the SLP against the said order is dismissed by the Apex Court. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that filing of the charge-sheet in the said case is a change of circumstance. 3.
Mere filing of the charge-sheet cannot be a change of circumstance, in an Anticipatory Bail Application. The order dated 23rd SQ Pathan 1/2
aba.700.18.927.doc June, 2017 was passed after taking into consideration the material qua the applicant. The said order is confirmed by the Apex Court. Accordingly, the application stands rejected.
