Mr. I.M. Khairdi, learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits, on instructions, that he be allowed to withdraw the Regular Civil Suit No.01 of 2012 as he wants to contest the change report which is filed on 26th June, 2012 before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Solapur. Hence, Regular Civil Suit No.01 of 2012 is allowed to be withdrawn. 2.

Formal application is to be made before the learned District Judge, Solapur. The District Judge may pass the order as this prayer is made by the learned counsel for the respondent. With this, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Application and therefore, it is not
