In the application it is stated that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.2. The respondent Nos.3 and 4 are already on record. As such nothing survives in the present application and the same can be disposed of with the direction to delete the respondent No.2 from the array of the respondents.
