By order dated 9.8.2018, C.R.A. was disposed of as not pressed subject to the applicant filing usual undertaking in terms of paragraph-3 within two weeks from the date of the order. The applicant was given time upto 31.12.2018 for handing over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises to respondents No.1 to 3.

The applicant has filed undertaking dated 20.8.2018. Same is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. The undertaking is in terms of paragraph-3 of the order dated 9.8.2018. The undertaking is accepted. The eviction decree shall not be executed upto 31.12.2018.
