1] The applicant has preferred this application in criminal appeal no. 68 of 2011. In the present application, the applicant has prayed that an Advocate from the High Court Legal Services Committee be appointed to represent him in his application. He has prayed that Advocate Ms Rupali Mane-Shinde who is on the panel of Advocates of the High Court Legal Services Committee be appointed to represent him in his application. However, Ms Rupali Mane Shinde has been appointed as an AGP and she is no longer on the Legal Aid Penal. In this view of the matter, it is not possible to appoint her in this application. However, instead
