This court vide order dated 19/06/2019 had rejected ABA No.836/2019. However, in the opening paragraph of the order the Crime Number and Police Station are incorrectly mentioned. 2.

Considering the record of the case and the prayers, this mistake is required to be corrected. Hence, instead of Crime No.138/2018 mentioned in the first paragraph of the order, Crime No.138/2019 should be mentioned. Similarly, name of MIDC Police Station, Solapur should be replaced by "Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur". The order be corrected accordingly.
