2.
The appointment of the Petitioner as the Assistant Teacher has received approval of Respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad. The only issue that remains is about payment of salary to the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3
2/2 8 wp 3777.21.doc submits that the Education Officer has sent a proposal to the Dy. Director (Education) for allocating Shalarth IDs to the Petitioner so that salary can be paid to the Petitioner.
3.
Considering the fact that approval has been granted to the appointment of the Petitioner as Assistant Teacher, there is no reason for the Dy. Director to not grant Shalarth IDs to the Petitioner and, therefore, we direct the Respondent No.1 to see that Shalarth ID is allocated to the Petitioner within a reasonable period of time, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 4.
Rule made absolute accordingly. No costs.
