The Learned Counsel for the parties i.e. Mr. V. B. Rajure and Mr. S. S. Gadve holding for Mr. Surel Shah for Respondent No.1 tender consent terms bearing today's date evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The Learned Counsel pray that the Petition be disposed of in terms of the said consent terms. The consent terms have been signed on behalf of the Chairman of the Petitioner Society Mr. BGP.

The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.1 identifies the Respondent No.1 and the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner identifies Mr. Mr. Jotiram Vishnu Kanase as the Chairman of the Petitioner society. Both the Chairman Mr. Jotiram Vishnu Kanase and the Respondent No.1 who are personally present in Court when put in the box and queried state that the said consent terms have been signed by them of their free will and volition and that they are acceptable to them. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
