On showing disinclination to grant any relief as prayed for, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the application with liberty to apply for temporary bail, on medical grounds.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn by reserving liberty to prefer an application on medical ground since in the present application, the applicant is also seeking bail on the ground that he is suffering from hernia and was required to be operated and for his ailment pertaining to his nasal bone, which is posing diffculty in breathing.
