The appeal is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty.

Furthermore, it is open for the appellant to take recourse to appropriate remedies for registration of the First Information Report (FIR) if it is the contention of the appellant that the respondent no.2 has not registered the FIR in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
