Heard Mr. Rawool, learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioners that two First Information Reports have been registered against them. F.I.R No.137 of 2021 was registered with the Ratnagiri City Police Station and F.I.R No.22 of 2021 is registered with Sindhudurg Nagari Police Station. So far as the F.I.R registered with Ratnagiri Police Station is concerned, the charge has already been framed by the Trial Court which is prior in point of time. In such view of the matter, it would be appropriate that Criminal case pending before the Trial Court pertaining to F.I.R No.22 of 2021 be transferred to the Trial Court at Ratnagiri hearing the Criminal Case qua F.I.R No.137 of 2021 dated 3rd May, 2021.

Both the Criminal complaints be heard by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ratnagiri. Order accordingly.

The petition is disposed of.
