The writ petition is arises out of Darkhast proceedings bearing No.14 of 2006. Learned advocate for the respondent No.1 states that the Darkhast proceedings has been dismissed for want of prosecution. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this petition. However, in case of Darkhast proceedings is restored, the petitioners are at liberty to revive the present writ petition.
